Upon full payment, clients receive specified commercial usage rights for their custom songs. The scope of these rights will be detailed in individual service agreements. The Business of Song retains the underlying intellectual property rights unless explicitly transferred through written agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion and before the delivery of final files.

4. Revisions

Our standard service includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges as specified in the service agreement.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are specified in individual service agreements. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
